The Peninsula Panthers have officially partnered with the Victoria Hockey Academy (VHA) in pursuit of creating a player development pathway from 14U to the Junior level.
Transform Sports Training & Rehabilitation uses a holistic approach to enhance individuals’ careers by combining elite calibre gym sessions with ice time, classroom education, and rehabilitation to offer a complete all-inclusive training experience. Underneath Transform is the VHA, a continuation of Transform Hockey Academy whose mission is to provide elite-level athletes and their families access to top-tier hockey and training professionals on the island.
This partnership is mutually beneficial and is central to both organizations’ shared mission of providing an unparalleled hockey development program, hyper-focused on providing development opportunities for players looking to advance their hockey careers.
“The partnership adds a good roadmap and pathway for both VHA’s program and ours to further athletes hockey development and push them towards the next level,” said Peninsula Panthers Director of Hockey Operations Tyler Stanton.
“We’re proud to stand beside the Peninsula Panthers as official partners and we are excited to see the future we can build together for the next generation of athletes,” said Leah Saban, General Manager of the Victoria Hockey Academy.
The Peninsula Panthers are no stranger to Transform Sports, where VHA is housed. The Panthers have utilized Transform for off-ice physical training since their 2024-25 VIJHL Championship season.
“The program that Leah and Adam have made is one of a kind,” said Stanton, “and something we are very excited to work with.”
